Import Gene List into BarleyBase

You can import your own Gene List, which is list of probe sets or exemplars, and create a new Gene List in BarleyBase.

Step Two: Provide input for probe set or exemplar names:

Prefered input is a list of probe sets or exemplars, separated by comma, tab, or white space. For example "1200459_Reg_88-1740_at Barley1_00003, Contig3_at". Probe sets or exemplars may be put mixed.
Free text containing probe set or exemplar names, may also serve as input. You may try using all text from this page as input. But this type of input may not always work accurately.
