Download Sequences for a Gene List from GenBank

Import Gene List of GenBank accession or GI number, and get their sequences in FASTA format from GenBank:


Select Sequence Type:    

Set File Name Prefix:      *Unnamed files may be overwritten by subsequent runs.

Prefered input is a PURE list of sequence AC or GI numbers, separated by comma, tab, or white space. For example
21445391,44806681,44806683,44806684,X53690,CK123680,21445391
Nucleotide and protein names cannot be mixed.
